Common questions
- Where do my stickers show up? In the app’s Packs tab, and in Messages: open the sticker tray in any conversation. Favorite stickers appear first.
- A generation failed — was I charged? No. Credits spent on a failed generation are automatically returned to your balance.
- How do refunds for purchases work? Purchases are processed by Apple — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and data.
