Sticker Pack Studio (“the app,” “we,” “us”) turns a photo you choose into a pack of stickers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

• Account. When you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple user identifier and the email address Apple provides (which may be a private relay address). We do not receive your Apple password.
• Photos you submit. A photo you pick is uploaded so we can generate stickers from it. We do not browse or read your photo library — only the image you select.
• Generated stickers. The sticker images created for you.
• Credits & usage. Your credit balance and basic records of generations (e.g. counts and timing) used to operate the service.
• In-app interaction events. Small named events (like favoriting a sticker or opening the credits store) used to understand which features matter and improve the app. These never include your photos, prompt text, or anything you write.
• Notifications. If you enable push notifications, a device token so we can tell you when a sticker pack is ready.

How we use it

• To generate your stickers and deliver them to your device.
• To manage your account, credits, and (if enabled) notifications.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the app:

• Apple — Sign in with Apple authentication.
• Supabase — authentication and storage of your account and credit data.
• Render — server hosting.
• OpenAI and Google — AI image generation. The photo you submit is sent to one of these providers solely to create your stickers, and is processed under their API terms. We do not use your photo for any other purpose.

Data retention

• Submitted photos are not kept. Your source photo is processed to make your stickers and is not retained on our servers afterward.
• Generated stickers are stored on your device. Copies are cached on our server only briefly during delivery (about an hour) and then deleted.
• Account and credit data are kept while your account exists.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Your choices

• You can decline or disable push notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in the app under Settings → Delete Account (or by emailing us at the address below). Stickers already saved on your device are removed by deleting them in the app or removing the app.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected here.
