Terms of Service

Sticker Pack Studio (“the app,” “we,” “us”) turns a photo you choose into packs of stickers using AI image generation. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

You pick a photo, choose a style, and the app generates sticker images from it on our servers using third-party AI providers. Generated stickers are delivered to and stored on your device. AI output varies: stickers may contain mistakes or differ from what you expected, and a specific result is never guaranteed.

Your account

• You sign in with Sign in with Apple and are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and forfeits any unspent credits.

Credits and purchases

• Generating stickers consumes credits. New accounts receive free starter credits; more are sold as consumable in-app purchases through the App Store.
• Credits are a prepaid means of using the service only: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can’t be redeemed or exchanged outside the app.
• If a generation fails on our side, the credits it consumed are automatically returned to your balance. Credits spent on completed generations are not refundable.
• Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests for purchases are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Prices and credit amounts may change, which never affects credits you already hold.

Acceptable use

When you submit a photo or prompt, you agree that:

• you have the right to use the photo, and consent from any identifiable people in it;
• you won’t submit or attempt to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or sexually exploitative — above all, nothing that sexualizes or endangers minors;
• you won’t abuse the service (e.g. probing or overloading our servers, reselling access, or circumventing credit accounting).

Our AI providers apply their own content moderation, and we may refuse generations, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content and ours

• Your photos remain yours. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to generate your stickers (see the Privacy Policy — source photos are not retained after processing).
• Your stickers: to the extent we hold any rights in the generated images, we assign them to you. You’re responsible for how you use them, including compliance with the rights of people depicted.
• The app and service (software, design, styles, branding) are ours or our licensors’ and are protected by intellectual-property law. These terms don’t grant you any rights in them beyond normal use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where required by law. We may also discontinue the service; if we do, we’ll make reasonable efforts to give notice while your credit balance is active.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected here, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
